OUR TEMPORARY NEW ADDITION.

Meet Pinto, our latest temporary addition to the family. She has been lost for some time now, but with a little help from Switchboard her owners will be coming up today from South Louisiana to get her. It took a little investigating, but we finally located her owner. I could hear the excitement in his voice when I told him that we had his puppy, and that we were going to keep her inside the house until he could get there. The man seemed to be an older man, possibly in his 70's, since he ask if he could wait until day light to come and get her. He called the house last night around 10:30 p.m. and ask if we wanted him to come on up and get her, but we assured him that she would be fine until he could come and get her.

We took one look at her and knew that she apparently came from a very loving family. She took up with our two German Shepards like she had been in the family. She got her a belly full, and ended up as a lap dog for the night.

We have one very unhappy cat. She would not come out of the bedroom this morning. She knew that Pinto was in the living room, and wanted no part of welcoming her.

Sorry it has been so long since I last posted, but so much going on, and will have to tell about that later.

P.S. Thanks to everyone for your emails and calls checking on my Dad. All went well yesterday, and he is back home in his own bed. Hopefully he has a good night.

I'm sorry I didn't know about your Dad. I am going to have to read some of your old post.
Glad to hear he is home.
God bless you and yours.
