When the phone rang at 7:45 a.m., I kew it had to be him. They had arrived in Kuwait about t four hours earlie. They had made it safely, but their luggage did not. He said that he had to stand in line for about 40 minutes to use the phone. It was a free call for him, but the connection was not good. I felt much better after I had heard from him.
