My thoughtful Soldier

I have not had a good week. Worry Worry Worry. One of our soldiers in the 106th was one of the 4 that were hurt earlier this week, and that is just a little more than I can handle, and it must have showed when Michael and I talked on the IM yesterday morning, and then I got a phone call from him also.

I don't have a clue how he was able to order those beautiful flowers. He sure can brighten up my day. He wanted to thank me for everything that I do for him, little does he know it just comes natural and I dearly enjoy every minute of it.A thanks all the way from Iraq sure was nice.

When the delivery guy came in my office, I immediately said you must be in the wrong place, because nobody here ever gets flowers, and he just laughed and said well, I can take them back, and I said oh no.

Then I opened up the card, and my heart skipped a beat or two possibly. I could not believe they were from him. He is my HEART. One of the reasons that I wake up every morning.

Thank you Michael, You have made my day. I love and miss you very much.
