TIME FOR A NAME CHANGE...
No better day for a change. I have decided to change the name of my blog, since Michael is home safely. It's taken me 7 months to do this. I guess better late than never.

The garden has just about played out. Thank goodness. I am so sick of tomatoes...
This past weekend my parents and I made almost 200 jars of blueberry jelly, pear honey and pear relish. I don't want to see another pear either. We should be good to go for several years on the jelly and relishes, and now maybe I can relax.

you are secretly 16 aren't you?
I am envious of your energy and your garden. We cannot have a garden here, due to amount of rock we have and the cost of building me one.
I missing all of the tastes of summer.
Thank goodness for the folks down the road selling maters and melons.
photos of your work please!!

LOVE IT. Being a Northern Gal, I can only imagine the pride behind them words. But knowing you, Southern Gals are wonderful friends.
WE are just starting to get red tomatoes. We are a little behind Mississippi. I can't wait until we get enough to where, I can just go out and pick a tomato and put some salt on it and eat it.
My mouth is watering.
Glad to see you blogging again Stacy.
Okay, so I don't check your blog for a few days & you start posting all over the place??!
Hubs and I were JUST talking about how I need to learn how to can. I remember doing this with my grandma when I was a kid...hot, hot, HOT work, but oh so worth it!
