AWTM has ask for our favorite cookie, candy or bar recipe, so here you go.

My Dad has been making the most wonderful peanut butter fudge for years, and he several years ago, I decided to give it a try, and yes, mine is just as good as his.
(by the world's best DAD)

1 box light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup evaporated milk
1 7-ounce jar marchmallow cream
1 jar peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 12-ounce package chocolate chips

In saucepan, combine light brown sugar, sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to a roiling boil, and reduce heat and boil for 10 minutes, continuously stiring so that it does not stick or burn. Remove from heat and stil in marchmallow cream until smoooth (put in microwave on high for about 30 seconds and it will come out of the jar much easier). Add vanilla flavoring and stir in. Add chocolate chips until smooth. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth (put in microwave on high for about 45 seconds and it will come out of the jar much easier). Put in buttered 9 1/2 X 13 inch pan and let cool. This freezes really well, and makes a wonderful Christmas treat.

1 package pound cake mix (16 ounce)
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 8 ounce creame cheese, softened
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 16 ounce can pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts (if desired)

Preheat oven ot 350 degrees.

Combine mix, 1 egg, buter, and 2 teaspoons of spice until crumbly. Press into a 9 1/2 X 13 inch baking dish and set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 teaspoons of spice and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust and sprinklewith nuts. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool, chill and cut into squares. This also freezes really well.
