BANANAS IN THE SOUTH

This does not happen very often. It has been 4 years since we have had any fresh bananas. We still have a long ways to go, but since they have made it through the first month, we should have bananas ready to eat by the first of December. We will have to bring them inside before the first frost comes. The longer they are able to stay on the tree the better, so we are hoping that the cold weather will hold off long enough for them to get bigger.

Bananas that is so cool. We get excited if we get a watermelon that gets ripe enough to eat. Which I did get two that were red inside.
