FAMILY DAY

Today was family day at Michael's guard unit. Not a lot of family members showed up, but something tells me that most of the soldiers did not even tell their family what was going on today. It was simple, but nice.

lil Dudes dad don't let people know either. He don't take his sons and only goes because he has to. He just plays card games with his pals and waits till he can leave.
He says he don't need it.
I just accepted it. That's just how it was.

Hi Stacy! It is a very pleasant surprise to hear from you! I've thought of you often and wondered where your life has taken you. Just in the brief time reading your blog, you lead a very busy life for sure. Yes, writing the blog seems to be a stress outlet, plus as you bringing out the alcoholism...the blog is also an outreach tool for others.
Keep in touch and keep up your writing.
